• Our processing time is  7-10 business days once we receive your package. Once order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number and receive your package within 1-5 business days via USPS.
• For custom color please add an additional 5 days to processing time. 

READY TO SHIP WIGS:

• Ready To Ship wigs will ship within 1-3 business day. Once order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number and receive your package within 1-5 business days via USPS.

CUSTOM WIGS:

• Please allow 25 business days for processing of Custom Wigs. Once order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number and receive your package within 1-5 business days via USPS.

COUTURE BRAIDED WIGS:

• Processing will take (25) business days. Once order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number and receive your package within 1-5 business days via USPS.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Signature Confirmation is included on ALL ORDERS. This is for our protection as well as yours.
• Please be advised that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to USPS (800-275-8777).
