Shipping Policy

UPS and USPS are our preferred carrier and products are shipped at the flat rate. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our place of business.

All custom wigs and bundles will be shipped according to the processing time listed on the product's page. Upon your order being placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing time is time BEFORE it is shipped out. Orders received prior to 8pm MST will process same day and orders after 8pm MST will process the next business day. Standard shipping can take 2-3 business days, rushed shipping is 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for any packages once they have been shipped.

By completing a purchase with EJLuxe LLC, you are agreeing to this policy. To fully protect our clients orders all packages comes fully insured.

Refund Policy

Due to the sanitary nature of our products there are no refunds. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Customers are urged to contact us by email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily. A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, we will not tolerate chargeback abuses. All abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project, which may affect an abuser's ability to purchase at other online retailers across the United States. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent and/or an attempt to circumvent our policy and contract, we will file a report with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), the customer's local authorities as well as with the Better Business Bureau. If the product was delivered via U.S. Mail or to a Post Office box, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster or Federal Authorities. We will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Customer service is our priority and we will do our best to resolve every issue. If there was an issue on our end, please send the unit back within 48 hrs. If the unit is not returned within the allotted timeline, the unit will not be accepted. If the wig is altered in any way the wig cannot be returned or replaced.
