All of our products are crafted, packaged, and shipped by hand. While we know you are excited to try or refill your products, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process.
If subscribed. you will receive email and/or text notifications with your tracking number when your order has been processed and shipped.
Orders are shipped vis UPS or USPS
Shipping is flat rate based on order amount, this is to covering packaging and shipping cost.
Once packages leave our possession, they are the responsibility of the trusted shipping partners. In the rare case your order is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to find your order. If your order is lost and you never receive it, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 45 days, with proper proof of lost. Please always, double check your address for appropriate apartment and unit numbers before placing order.
Packages are mailed out on Wednesday & Saturdays.
Due to the nature of our products being handcrafted and used for hygienic purposes we are unable to receive returns, therefore under NO circumstances are we, Brown Rose Essentials, LLC able to provide refunds, unless
1. You have not received order within 30 days, due to Brown Rose Essentials, LLC error.
Brown Rose Essentials, LLC is NOT responsible for and does not provide refunds for packages that are:
1. Stolen-It is the responsibility of Brown Rose Essentials, LLC to ensure efficient packaging & timely drop-offs to trusted mail carriers. Once B.R.E. LLC makes the drop-offs we pray for the best & rely on the mail carrier to safely deliver your beloved package. As well as the customer to ensure their packages are delivered to a safe address.
2. Returned- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping details are entered correctly, including any apartment or P.O. Box numbers. Once your package has been confirmed for delivery, any changes to your shipping information will be an additional fee. Please ensure your details are correct!
3. Damaged-it is the responsibility of the mail carrier (USPS) to ensure all handling of your package is adequate. B.R.E. LLC is not responsible for damaged packages.
(Note: However, if your product if significantly damaged upon arrival [meaning unusable], submit a detailed email to email@example.com providing your name, order and/or tracking number, 2-3 photos [with time/date stamps] explicitly detailing how product is unusable. B.R.E. LLC well provide as much assistance as possible.)
