Fulfillment Process

• You pay for your order.
• You receive an order confirmation email.
• The processing period now begins. Processing time is between 4 to 7 business days. (Exclude weekends and holidays). This allows us the time we need to receive hair from vendor. 
• After this period has lapsed, your wig will be created and your order will be fulfilled this takes up to 5 business days.
• After your wig has been completed and your order fulfilled; you will receive a order fulfillment email.  YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE IN THIS EMAIL.
• Your wig will ship out in 1 to 3 business days via trackable service that requires a signature (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc) anticipate delivery within (1 to 5 business days).

Ready to Ship Wigs

• These units are already constructed and will ship out in 1 to 3 business days after the order has been paid via trackable service that requires a signature (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc) anticipate delivery within (1 to 5 business days).
• Pre-made wigs also ship out in 1 to 3 business days via trackable service that requires a signature (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc) anticipate delivery within (1 to 5 business days). 

We are not responsible for the product once it is out of or possession, any discrepancies should be addressed directly to the carrier.
