Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends) to process your order. After processing it will take 5-7 business days to receive your package, you will receive your tracking number once your payment has cleared, all orders placed after 4:00pm EST are considered placed the next business day. In most cases we will ship your items before that. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

All orders will ship within approximately 3-5 business days once payment clears, depending on the shipping method you select. If placed after 4pm (EST) an additional day will be required for processing. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our system. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will NOT offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.

If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.

Refund Policy

We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we currently are not accepting returns of worn items. This does not apply to sale items.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are incorrect. Exchanges will be replaced with the same item originally ordered; no substitutions will be granted. If unit does not fit there will be a $50 resizing fee (please be sure you are ordering the right size).
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your new order will be processed within 72 hours.

The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
