Standard Shipping for ready made products is 4-7 business days after 2-3 days processing time.
Standard Shipping for custom made products is 3-5 business days after 10-14 days processing time.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product. We have a 48 hr refund policy. There will be a 10% restocking fee, and the product must be in its original condition. Please do not cut any lace or wefts, unravel bundles, wet, play with or install hair. The client is responsible for any fees shipping the product back to us and will also need to provide a tracking number within the 48 hr time frame to  bellebykay@gmail.com. Â
