Local Orlando Area Orders: Turn around time for custom units WITHOUT color is 3-5 days. With color turn around time is 5-7 days. Pickup and drop offs can be scheduled via text.
Shipping Orders: Turn around time WITHOUT color on custom units- 7-10Â BUSINESS days. With Color 10-14 BUSINESS days. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping on all orders.

Please note, by completing your purchase, you agree that if the address provided is deemed incomplete by the local carrier, preventing items from being shipped and thus returned, Candy Colors is not responsible for the cost of return shipping nor responsible for the cost of the purchased product. You agree that if your package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address, Candy Colors is not responsible for having the package redelivered and will not provide any refunds. You agree that your product is no longer the responsibility of Candy Colors once the package has been delivered to The USPS and a tracking number has been received by you, the consumer. You agree that after you have received your tracking information, all questions and concerns with shipping will be directed to and responsible by The USPS. Â
Damages and Issues
Partial refunds may only be given only in the case of a defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with the issue via email.
For unique situations ONLY, to be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This does not apply to any custom colored units.
When agreeing to the policies at checkout, you also agree that you will not falsely dispute any charge from Candy Colors.
CANCELLATION/EXCHANGES: There is a strict no exchange policy. Cancellations and order changes will only be accepted within 30 minutes of your purchase via email. Please include your name and order number.

To start a return, you can contact us via email.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
